It is a painful period that we are experiencing. Believe it or not IT WILL PASS!!!
If you are not leveraged just sit pat. Don't sit in front of the vomit meter and upset yourself. Go for a run, do some exercise and get rid of that stress. Have a stiff drink. Think about those who are REALLY badly off with severly handicapped kids etc. Belive me when we stop and think about it, are we really that badly off?
And then think about how much arse your going to kick when ABU starts to move.
