Im sorry if this was already posted but I couldnt find it anywhere.
Last year CER ann a approx 32 million taxable income(1.4c/share)
"Under Centro Retail Trust’s constitution, taxable income is required to be distributed."
"Without doing any major calcs, if CER can earn distributable income of say 10c a year as opposed to 13c a year 18 months ago, should not CER be trading somewhere in the vicinity of $1 once a distribution policy is reinitiated." -defabstar
So if the div is 10c for the year, assume 5c/div, they need approx 114mill taxable income (2,286,399,424 shares) compared to the 32 mill last year?
What is your estimated taxable income?
Last year dates: Ann of distribution: 19th June 2008 Ex-Distribution Date: 24 June 2008
