I think what we have is a lack of selling into the falling SP. It is the only thing that I can come up with to explain the lack of interest, so many of the traders that bought in around April highs like myself (oops my bad!) have just decided to hold or line up in the sell side and hope but this forms resistance for any SP price recovery. So they could and probably will, let this one hang until Togo is 100% confirmed and there is alot of new interest...
