Potential vs reality as simple as that plus the market hasn't really worked out yet what to believe and how commercially astute the BOD is. I never question their technical expertise just the execution, e.g. the publication of sensitive info on FB and other social media etc before their shareholders, the hype and qualified truth in their announcements and how they reward themselves
