Why would they do anything at all? They are quite happy to sit on their ...... an take their directors fees. With all the $'s in the bank they can do it in style till the sun stops shining. Shareholders have a right to some news good or bad, or at least an explanation as to what they are considering, but nothing...... Shame, shame, shame on them.
