    I don't necessarily agree that it's "cheap". An NPV of 10 bil will still be nothing if the execution is poor. Right now all the promises of high NPV reside in presentations that any company can make.

    This company is now priced at a point where people stop getting excited with all these figures and want the DFS and actual further progress before they are willing to pay for a higher price. It is a fair price at this point IMO.
