Please dont laugh. Its my first 'chart' post. Its less of a chart and more of an observation on the previous correllation that has existed between HGO and ESG. I have only stumbled onto HGO today looking for some more exposure to ESG at a cheaper price.

There are only two times the strong correllation between the two has really broken. The first was early in mid-2008 when all CSG companies surged and then again in late 2008 when the Pure takeover deal helped put another rocket under the CSG story and ESG kicked off their multi-lateral well program.




So I am wondering if there are any non-rampy comments out there that might help me understand any reason why this gap should continue to widen, or why it is that wide in the first place, becase at a glance it looks ridiculous and ridiculously undervalued.
