Agree that the ip may be worth sweet fa it may not, but the $400,000 quoted is what will be left after every expense has been paid.
We are then left with the shell and ip.
Ive been told different figures to you re the shell but at the ne dof the day its only worth what somebody is willing to pay.
Exactly the same as the ip.
