    Unfortunately I have heard all this before..

    A CAPEX of $4.5B coupled with a high cost processing plant and operating costs!!

    I can't see it happening. There is an oversupply of IO as it is.
    The DSO crush and ship mines have the market.

    SINO iron has learnt a painful lesson here in WA with low grade magnetite and they have spent $10B+.

    Maybe in a different world where the macro economics are there.
    That's not now....
