Just be careful about banks that offer catch phrases like,
"A rate lower than the big four banks."
Do your home work. You will find that they offer this awsome interest rate on the first 12 to 24 months and then the normal rate is higher than the big four.
ALso be careful about these same banks putting out headlines about loweering their rates.
Questions to ask?
Does the drop apply to all their products? Does it apply to the variable or the introductory rate.
and always remember that no matter where you go, customer service doesn't exist. Go in with that attitude and you wont be dissapointed.
