Dear AJ, and this is for not or against buying, but you seem to be a person on the cusp of making a decision to buy or not.
what is the prime factor for you to buy. while some here a prediciting and pushing 40% falls, i think there have already been falls which mean that the 40% could be another 10% or 20%. Are these factors that play heavily on your decision or is a security thing.
