unless they (govts) can pull a rabbit out of a hat...trick and spend money to build jobs.....the interest rates going down further...has to be 1% in dec or sooner....then low retail spending over xmas...except for booze and entertainment..will need another big cut in the new year...
I cannot see anything real happening from the g20 ....
no one has mentioned pulling the banks into line....
and they have all done the opposite to what is required....stopped spending for the future....

maybe we will see 2% before it stops....or lower like the US now 1.5%....
we have newbies in control...worldwide....no one with any financial credentials to be seen.....
