    The greatest miner in Philippine history was Imelda --- that's mine, that's mine, that's mine etc. Now it seems Duterte et al wish to emulate her aided by the local warlord family, Padilla. History does repeat itself and the Filipino people suffer as usual. This is a takeover bid -- Philippine style.
