It's getting to the point where I'm totally bemused by the actions of our BoD's. Here we have a great announcement which normally would see a significant increase in the sp only to have it undercut by a CR placement. Why not let the share price run a bit and then make the placement on better terms? As it is, for a lousy $1/2 mill how much market value has been wiped off the stock?.
It's getting to the point where I suspect we have an obsessive compulsive capital raiser at the helm. Time to see a shrink imvho .Or have the decency to write an open letter to shareholders giving us some idea of the game plan which puts these otherwise perplexing actions into some context.
