Absolutely Cupkakes....did you - per chance - catch the Japanese series about Hateruma and the islanders desperation to keep their school open? It was superb.....I will drag my wife and two youngest kids there during northern Sakura (after we have done enough in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka - (love the Osaka okonomiyaki) to this wonderful island....after a couple days on Okinawa to dwell on the suffering there during the war from all sides....They have an amazing monument to the war on the south of the island. Been there a few times. It is very poignant.
