convertible notes and placement- mycontacts Hi Mycontacts, I gather this 14.5c placement is being done because they cannot pay the interest on the CN. But what will this mean to the CN holder?

Will they be changing arrangements in regard to these? ie- what might they do in future if they still can't pay? I'd often wondered how they were to keep up the 10% payments, when clearly they were not making enough money.

I don't follow how EBT should climb on this announcment. Thanks for your thoughts.
