    Hi All!

    APA, owner of the Ballera - Mt Isa gas pipe anticipate losing 40 TJ/day after NGP is commissioned in 2018.

    Total Mt Isa consumption is a 'steady' 40 Pj pa  according to RC  (= 400,000 TJ pa,)

    NGP has an initial NT P&W contract of 10 PJ pa to Phosphate Hill.  With additional compression, NGP capacity could be increased to 32 Gj pa - so even then, Mt Isa will require partial supply from both pipes and no NGP gas would go past Mt Isa.

    My point?  NGP is too skinny.
