    I am an oppie n00b and keen to know a little more about the mechanics involved.

    When you purchase the oppies, how do you exercise (or decline) them? Is it usually a matter of clicking a button on your holdings screen for your broker or is it more explicit than that (i.e. a phone call to the broker).

    I am with BellDirect (if that helps anyone in the know).
