As I said what does it achieve - NOTHING. The prime audience of this forum should be those that are interested in investing in property, have questions about their investment etc. Questions of the merits of property investment looking at the whole market are irrelevant because the market is so different - each investment needs to be looked at on its own merit

Sure and ranting is also constantly stating doom and gloom that the market must go down 40%.
