UT you continue to post your claim about increase in dual income households as a driver of the recent boom (last decade), without any supporting evidence. Do you think Australia is the only country to have dual income households? Is that why housing prices have been sustained? Please, post some actual verifiable figures to support your claim.
I expect a chart of median household income vs single income would be all you need, you could easily see the median household growth outstripping the growth in single income as dual income households become more prevalent.
