UT - If he wants to post negative stories about property then so be it. What does it matter? Property isn't a thinly traded stock that can be ramped. Nothing anyone says here will have any material impact on the property market.
I agree he is overly enthusiastic but he might soon tire. We don't have that long to wait until his prediction is proven/disproven anyway.
I like reading everyones opinion even if I find some people here a little obnoxious.
