Personally I would purport the NPV will struggle to breach $500Mill. Not that I'm suggesting that CR9 is worth anything close to that value. This is simply my best guess for the maximum valuation that could be attained within the "Pie in the Sky metrics" that are accepted within Scoping Study valuations.

For those that might be interested im my valuation for CR9. Factoring in Management, COH., and the current Market enviornment., I'd say Plus or Minus $5Mill.
