    Im Interested to know everyones thoughts regarding potential profit from point grey. Please feel free to correct my rough figures mainly how much can be made on each lot .

    3808 lots 100k profit from each 381 mill

    594 mill shares = 64.1c over 10yrs = 6.4c a yr profit
