One is proven and in the main sweet spot of the EFS, The other isn't proven and is on the extension of the current sweet spot (albeit recent results suggesting that a very good part of the trend ventures into our territory).
In my view we would have a ~$2-4k acreage value right now as we have ~11k virtually contiguous acres (and 40k with JV). That slab of acreage is desirable to any potential suitor.
IF we can get a well to proven stage then I think we jump to the $8-10k territory very quickly and potentially $12-15k++ / acre if we can prove it wasn't a one hit wonder.
