i heard it was farming land that is not being used for farming. Its a discussion at this stage as well and will take a long time to implement into law. In the past they were trying to buy the land back but it was taking a long time.

I think that is the case with mining land, if you have a prospecting right or mining right and you dont make progress to develop the mine then it can be taken back.

As most of our companies are majority black owned its not an issue.
