What is the problem with this Stock?, page-3

Very reminiscent of another stock I used to own.
In that one I think the potential suitor didn't want to have to pay more than pittance. Funny how the price kept so low before the offer and it was the big players who were wooed to sell....
Also, when an "independent" report was done it took significant account of the stock average price over previous x(6?) months....
In this instance I think any potential low ball (say 30ce) would seem to be at significant odds with the dividend yield-(thanks Tony). However it is the two big players and management who would get to decide....
