I have kept off these boards for few weeks but was questioning what is real masterplan with Admedus. Forget the investor presentations, the sanitised news feeds, and the spin agents on HC spurring ther superlatives bs hotair:
Is the company planning to move their HQ to Minneopolis?
If they listed on the NASDAQ would we see the share price up lift and out of this decline?
What was experience with other companies like Resmed for listing in US on share price?
Why did they employ Saint Dennis a pharma man from Europe to a company where the device is future and
vaccine has high probability of been spun off? Minneopolis is the epicentre for device hence why drag this guy over
to US when you have 100s of medical device companies to get talent from?
Is patteson looking to handhover to him as a successor in future?
Been listed on NASDAQ could make it easier for acquisition from Edwards, Medtonic, is that what they really want to do eventually.
Be good to get thoughts.
