The Saint worked with WP in Merck so they know each other well and he is ear marked as a future CEO.
He is a USA guy and will return there if promised a generous USA salary of $600,000US. WP does not have many shares but I would speculate that he will take his bonuses in options and ride the wave. Mr. Forrest might insist on a duel listing especially if we keep the vaccine business as he would not like to see a repeat of the Gardasil affair and see it go abroad since he has put $400m into cancer research.
