Congratulations CB - that is a great post and very well researched. It is posts like yours that keep me invested here and I thank you for them (regardless of how the future finally eventuates), for they highlight the (reasonable) risk/reward scenario that exists.
I tend to post (top down) highlighting the often ignored risk, because there is plenty of reward highlighting. I don't mind being criticised for it either, but I abhor the nasty one liner insults meted out by some, to anyone who dares to cast doubt (or worse) on their lofty outlook.
