i topped up today at around 4.85... people sell sell sell. my next fill will be at 4.50 and then $4.00 if im lucky enough for it to fall. long term prospects are good. oil peaked several years ago and as time goes by offshore drilling will be viable and people will search and money will flow into MCE.
