    ESI does not produce and sell dried coal, it produces and sells COLDRY, a DERIVATIVE OF BROWN COAL, which has a completely different set of laws chemical/physical governing it.

    This is why ECT and its partners will be exempt from paying a minerals tax on the hugely profitable Coldry product
