jlriches, depends whether they decide to make public the deal, but I doubt it as it would be non binding thus incomplete. Most likely announce after due diligence and signing of definitive sale / sales agreements. It is unclear however I suspect that since they are proposing to sell all of the company's assets that this will need to go to a shareholder meeting to approve the sale, unless it results in a takeover bid in which case they lob a bidders statement or a scheme of arrangement on us.
I understand that all BBP management are involved in management presentations to prospective buyers as we speak / post!
