Did some research on hostile takeovers.. very interesting.
Have never seen this in play before in AUS but you see it every now and then on TV shows etc...
Would be very interesting if all of a sudden a major chippie pops up as a significant holder.. would be a race to pick up shares at that point before a T/O or controlling interest is formed.
Time will tell.. imagine if you had a large holding and you were on holidays! I've barely been able to do any work today and ended up buying back half my original parcel just prior to close so picked up an extra 10% or so from when i dumped this morning... interesting.
