    Personalisation - Individual items like a toothbrush, razor etc are innovative but not disruptive/game-changers.

    I am expecting a token upfront to satisfy milestone requirements, hoping to the upside for surprise. It would be nice to see more that says we are not P&G's research and development arm, especially given this isn't an entry level item anymore.
