what is the share capital of ecm?

anouncement is difficult for me to read

it appears the $5m accounting payment amounts to 111,111,111 shares at 4.5 cents each

then there are 3 'tranche' payments. these appear to be in cash rather than shares. do we agree?

i get fully diluted share capital of around 633,617,142, which includes around $14.7m cash from options

but if the three 'tranches' are at 4.5 cent issue (which i doubt), i get 919,794,919 fully diluted
