Market cap is simply the number of shares x the current share price. And seeing as how the share price is pure fiction, so is the market cap!

The company isnt producing (much) so you should do a PB ratio - i.e. assess it on the book value of its assets - to find a rational price for today.

You can do a PE ratio analysis for what it is supposed to be earning once everything is under way in two years to give you a two year target share price. The last company report (which should be on their website) would be a good starting point, then look for updates to the report.
