As it turns out, my wandering on google did kinda answer my last question. Apparently Tullow reused two exp & app wells in their jubilee development. I guess at least SNE 1, SNE 3 and lower Bel may be candidates. Hopefully SNE 4 too. According to the Tullow guy, drilling was their number one development capex component - more than the FPSO.
