You are right think there is so much more to this, but again we are likely to be restricted to an educated guessing game as I assume the THP remains in play.
Any company interested in a take over of FAR would definitely require proof of connectivity before they committed. It's like an AFL forward standing in front of goal trying to claim 6 points before he's put the ball through the posts it's crunch time IMO.
