Wotsup, what is the IT that sat upon each of them in the Scripture below? Clue: verse 4 calls IT "the Holy Ghost" . Can people be "filled" with a person? A spirit can be a person , but it can also be an IT, which is how it is described every time IT is visible. Think of the title heading of the thread. Is the "spirit of the world" a person ? Or is it not rather an attitude?
KJV Acts 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
KJV Matthew 3:
16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
Why not compare Matt 11:28 with Luke 11:20 and you will see holy spirit is an IT.
Wotsup, it is great you recognise the trinity is bogus ( oilburner taught me that expression), however you need to also throw the idea that holy spirit is a Ghost( person) in the bin where it belongs also.
