We all LDA call notice for 40 million shares started on 7th March and ended on 30th April,2025. Today we are on 20th May, 2025 but still there is no update from company how much money is raised from that effort. Is that this is another failed mission of team brainchip. Just before the announcement we know sp was around 31 cents and then it comes down to 20 cents in couple of statements. The AGM was on 6 th May ,2025 after the close date of call option. So the main things to consider here are 1. Is that minimum price allowed was much more than the sp during those days? 2. Is that management thought that US redomicile will be treated as positive whole the same is considered too negative? 3. Is that Antonio was so much frustrated during the AGM that he cannot handle the situation well? 4. Why we are not updated even 20 days after close of call option? 5. Can we trust this management? There is no doubt it was a disgraceful AGM and we cannot trust this management. dyor
