Listened to Steve Allen's speech .Rock solid investment .Problem is it is subject to strong Australian dollar due to recent significant apprecion of it & fact that assetts are 95 per cent denominated overseas .MIG therefore will rise again when $A falls .Debt is not an issue because it has been reduced & the first quater of it isn't due for refinancing for 4 years, and another half not due for about another 8 years . I think they are claiming 4-19 NTA currently & buyback has been extended & still another 316 million to go .Conclusion , no risk whatso ever with this very boring stable investment which has been effected by rise in AUD & just completed 20 cent dividend .Presently great buying for the super funds, who can cherry pick private investors at the moment .Relax!
