Sorry to ask what may be obvious, but does PTS actually have plans to become a producer, or do they intend to just 'value-add' thier tenements and just sell them on?
They have had some very encouraging results over the past year or so, yet the SP remains suspiciously low for a company with the potential to develop those deposits...
Or is it that people are just sick of waiting? I got over it a couple of years ago, but wouldn't mind picking some up now as they are nearly the same price, but seem to have more prospects...
