Peak are so goddamn conservative with their numbers. The opex is $32 assuming they get $0 for all the other REs they sell...Which obviously they wont. The opex when taking all RE sales into consideration, is actually $25/kg.
Ngualla vomits out cash and the Capex is $360m for a fully integrated operation to the oxide level, not just to a concentrate... compare this with the other RE development hopefuls.
