    SAE will have enough tax credits for the next few years given the wells and facilities and start up costs. Re the California taxes, when ever they are applicable there is some 10% tax credit for heavy oil production in that state. Therefore taxes on ‘profits’ are a ways off in SAE's case. If this answers yourquestion OK if u want I can find out the state and federal taxed. I don't think there will be any 'windfall tax'.
