u really come to hotcopper posters on your own for thread to to ask? why don't you do some unbiased research and look at market annoucements released by each company , ask yourself why has one completed a DFS 3 years from listing with very little difficulty and why has another taken 6 years to complete a PFS and still haven't produced considerable samples for offtakers and trying innovative process routes? AVL has highly weathered ore makes it harder to recover the vanadium. this isn't mud slinging it's the inconvenient truth. do some research
