On 135 million shares with a P/E of 30, earnings of $85 million equates to a share price of $17.83 if my memory serves me correctly.
When we get to that stage, I presume most of the options would have been exercised so we should work on at least 143 million shares.
I believe that works out at $16.83 per share.
Your $5 to $6 price is where I have stated that I would sell about 5% of my holding.
