I am interested in understanding how you arrived at a valuation of $1.50.

Grateful if you would please explain this.

I am out now, but would re-enter if I can find a case for $1.50 value.

I spoke with Fat Prophets yesterday which were supportive of VRE, but did not give me a specific value.

They have also recommended holding PSV, which I do (ouch).

They are bullish on gold (which I am) but VRE does not actually have a lot of gold. It has an expanding number of shares.

Its probable that I have got out too early and the price will run up another 50%. But so may 50 other mining/oil shares.

I look forward to hearing your considered views.
