If it has 'always puzzled' you, why are you holding?
Surely a cursory glance at the investor publications out there, annual report, and updates will inform you that the resource is close to the surface and therefore cheap to mine. It is also pretty rich as a resource.

I'm amazed you presume that nobody is interested. Have you never been involved in negotiations?
It takes an age, a lot of backwards and forwards even after a deal has been struck, involving lawyers, and other clearances before a deal is finally signed.
Not saying there is a deal on the table, but your assumption that there is not is a pessimistic to say the least.
It's a marathon, not a sprint, from explorer to producer. Nothing is absolutely certain, but I'd shy away from massively negative assumptions, especially if they make no sense.
