OK well there are the little matters of native title, and environmental approvals just to name two obstacles that have only recently been settled. Oh, and mining licences. Funding has been arranged, and some milestones reached, but something is holding it up. I'm sure this will be revealed in the fulness of time.

These realities can help adjust your expectations. The transition from explorer to miner is long, winding and fraught with many delays and obstacles. Nothing is instant.
