I have been doing some research on IVX and at the risk of being called a nut case, I thought I might post a few figures.
The lead compound is Nadolol, so, I ignored the other two, and I just looked at the USA market. I don't have access to figures on other markets.
The number of suffers with COPD in the USA is about 20M. If we assume 10% penetration within five years of first market, 2019, and discount cash flow at 15% I get a net present value of over $1B. I have assumed treatment cost of $2000.00 per annum and cost of goods at 20% of sale price. You can discount this by any figure you choose to allow for risk. The market in the rest of the world must be at least twice the USA market. And then we have Zafirulkast and Cpn 10. How come we have a market cap of about $10M
